The small footprint of the devices ensures that they can easily fit into your work environment. And, all are easy-to-use, requiring little to no training.
Quality signatures are automatically captured by pressing the space bar after the applicant finishes signing his/her name on the signature pad. The software quickly crops the signature and places it on the credential. For fingerprints, the applicant simply touches the window for the scanner to capture the fingerprint automatically. Again, space bar operation is all that is needed to position and capture a high quality fingerprint of the applicant.
