This page identifies the third-party sub-processors that DMRC LLC (d/b/a Digimarc) (“Digimarc”) may engage to process Customer Personal Data on behalf of Customers in connection with the Services.
For purposes of this page, “sub-processor” means a third party engaged by Digimarc to process Customer Personal Data on behalf of Digimarc in connection with the Services. Capitalized terms not defined on this page have the meanings given in the Master Subscription Agreement or Data Processing Agreement.
Not all sub-processors listed below are used for all Customers or all Services. The applicable sub-processors depend on the Services, features, regions, integrations, support interactions, and deployment configuration used by Customer.
Downstream Sub-processors
The sub-processors listed below may engage their own sub-processors to assist in providing their respective services to Digimarc, subject to contractual data protection obligations imposed by the applicable listed sub-processor. Digimarc remains responsible for the performance of its sub-processors to the extent required by the Data Processing Agreement.
Upon reasonable request, and to the extent available and required under applicable Data Protection Laws, Digimarc will provide additional information regarding relevant downstream sub-processors.
